RentEase AI is a free, browser-based AI tool that helps property owners across 40+ countries generate professional rental and sale listings in seconds. Whether you are renting out an HDB in Singapore, selling a villa in Dubai, or listing an apartment in London — RentEase AI crafts the perfect listing for your market in your language. We are not a licensed real estate agency. This tool is provided as a free public service powered by artificial intelligence.
RentEase AI is a global AI-powered property listing assistant available in 40+ countries across Asia Pacific, Middle East, Europe, Americas and Africa. This Privacy Policy explains what data (if any) is handled when you use our website and generator tool.
RentEase AI does not collect, receive, store, or process any of the following:
We run no analytics platform (no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar), no error-reporting service, and no session-recording tool. There is no server-side component that logs requests.
RentEase AI is a purely client-side application. This means all code runs inside your web browser. When you fill in your property details and click "Generate", the following happens:
At no point does any property data, prompt, or AI response pass through a RentEase AI server — because there is no RentEase AI server. The app is static HTML, CSS, and JavaScript files.
When you close or refresh the page, all property details you entered are gone. Nothing persists.
To use the AI generator, you must supply your own Anthropic API key. When you save your key using
the "Save Key" button, it is stored in your browser's localStorage — a storage area
that exists only on your own device and is never transmitted to any server other than Anthropic's
when you make a generation request.
You can clear your stored API key at any time by:

RentEase AI does not use cookies of any kind — not session cookies, not persistent cookies, not advertising cookies. We do not use any tracking pixels, web beacons, or similar technologies.
The only browser storage we use is localStorage to remember your API key between visits
(see Section 4). This is a user-controlled, device-local storage mechanism and is not a cookie.
Google AdSense placeholder slots appear on our pages. If real AdSense code is ever activated, Google may set its own cookies under Google's Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly if that occurs.
The only third-party service your data is sent to is Anthropic, PBC, the company that operates the Claude AI API. When you generate a listing, your property details are sent directly from your browser to Anthropic's API endpoint.
Anthropic's handling of API requests is governed by Anthropic's own privacy policy and usage policies. We encourage you to review:
RentEase AI has no control over and takes no responsibility for Anthropic's data practices. By using the generator, you accept that your prompt data is subject to Anthropic's policies.
RentEase AI is intended for use by adults (18 years and older) who are property owners or landlords. We do not knowingly collect any information from persons under the age of 18. Because we collect no data at all, there is no specific risk to minors, but this service is not designed for or directed at children.
Although we collect no personal data, we acknowledge the privacy frameworks applicable to our users in each of our supported countries:
The General Data Protection Regulation applies to EU/EEA residents. As we collect no personal data and process nothing server-side, no GDPR obligations are triggered. No data controller or processor relationship is established.
The UK GDPR (retained from EU law post-Brexit) governs personal data in the UK. Since we collect and store no personal data, this regulation does not apply to our operations.
The Personal Data Protection Act 2012 governs collection, use, and disclosure of personal data in Singapore. As we collect no personal data, no PDPA obligations are triggered.
The Personal Data Protection Act 2010 regulates the processing of personal data in Malaysia. Since we process no personal data, this Act does not apply to our operations.
The Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 governs digital personal data in India. We do not process any digital personal data and therefore have no obligations under this Act.
The Privacy Act and Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) govern personal information handling. As we collect no personal information, no obligations under this Act apply.
US privacy is governed by state-level laws (CCPA/CPRA in California, etc.). We do not sell, share, or collect personal data, which means these laws impose no obligations on our service.
The UAE Federal Personal Data Protection Law (2021) and similar frameworks across the GCC govern personal data. We collect no personal data and trigger no obligations under these laws.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
Because we do not collect email addresses or any contact information, we cannot notify users directly of changes. Continued use of RentEase AI after a policy change constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
