The Service uses the Anthropic Claude AI API to generate listing descriptions, screening questions, price analysis, negotiation tips, documents checklists, and WhatsApp message templates for residential properties across Asia Pacific, Middle East, Europe, Americas, and Africa.
The Service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.
RentEase AI is not a licensed real estate agency, property management firm, legal advisory service, or financial advisory service in any jurisdiction.
All listing descriptions, screening questions, and other content generated by RentEase AI are produced by Anthropic's Claude AI model and are provided for informational and guidance purposes only.
AI-generated content is not a substitute for professional advice from a licensed estate agent, property lawyer, or qualified property professional. Always have important documents reviewed by a qualified professional before use.

You are granted a non-exclusive licence to use, edit, and publish that generated content for your personal property rental purposes. You may not claim copyright in AI-generated text or use it for resale as a listing service.

RentEase AI is provided free of charge. You supply your own Anthropic API key and pay Anthropic directly for any API usage costs. We do not charge any fee for use of the RentEase AI interface.
