RentEase AI is a free, browser-based AI tool that helps property owners across 40+ countries generate professional rental and sale listings in seconds. Whether you are renting out an HDB in Singapore, selling a villa in Dubai, or listing an apartment in London — RentEase AI crafts the perfect listing for your market in your language. The Service uses the Anthropic Claude AI API to generate listing descriptions, screening questions, price analysis, negotiation tips, documents checklists, and WhatsApp message templates for residential properties across Asia Pacific, Middle East, Europe, Americas, and Africa.

The Service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

RentEase AI is not a licensed real estate agency, property management firm, legal advisory service, or financial advisory service in any jurisdiction.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All listing descriptions, screening questions, and other content generated by RentEase AI are produced by Anthropic's Claude AI model and are provided for informational and guidance purposes only.

The AI may produce content that is:

• Inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated
• Not compliant with current local laws or regulations
• Inappropriate for your specific property, location, or circumstances
• Inconsistent from one generation to the next

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, verifying, and taking responsibility for any content you publish or share that was generated using this Service.

4. Rental Price Suggestions

RentEase AI may suggest rental price ranges based on the property details you provide. These suggestions are generated by an AI model and are estimates only. They are not:

• Official market valuations
• Appraisals conducted by a licensed valuer
• Guarantees of achievable rental income
• Based on real-time market data

We accept no liability for any financial decisions made based on AI-generated price suggestions. Rental markets fluctuate. Always consult current listings on established property portals and, if necessary, a licensed estate agent or registered valuer in your country.

5. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree that you:

• Are the legal owner of or have authority to let the property you are listing
• Will verify that all generated content is accurate and appropriate before publishing
• Will not use the Service to generate false, misleading, or fraudulent property listings
• Will comply with all applicable laws governing property rental in your country
• Will obtain your own Anthropic API key and accept full responsibility for its use and any associated costs
• Are solely responsible for all content you publish or share that was created using this Service

6. Local Property Law Compliance

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use RentEase AI to:

• Create false or fraudulent property listings intended to deceive tenants
• Generate content that discriminates against tenants on the basis of race, religion, nationality, gender, disability, or any other protected characteristic
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Scrape, automate, or mass-generate listings in a manner that abuses the Anthropic API
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the RentEase AI application for commercial purposes without permission
• Attempt to circumvent any technical limitations of the Service

We reserve the right to withdraw access to the Service (e.g., by blocking API proxy access) from any user or source found to be in violation of these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

The RentEase AI application, including its design, code, and structure, is the property of RentEase AI and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Content generated by the AI using your property details and prompts is produced by Anthropic's Claude model. You are granted a non-exclusive licence to use, edit, and publish that generated content for your personal property rental purposes. You may not claim copyright in AI-generated text or use it for resale as a listing service.

9. Free Service & Fair Use

RentEase AI is provided free of charge. You supply your own Anthropic API key and pay Anthropic directly for any API usage costs. We do not charge any fee for use of the RentEase AI interface.

Fair use guidelines:

• The Service is intended for individual landlords generating listings for their own properties
• Do not use the Service to operate a competing listing-generation business
• Do not use automated scripts or bots to generate large volumes of listings
• Respect Anthropic's API rate limits and usage policies at all times

We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the Service at any time. We also reserve the right to introduce paid features or tiers in the future, with reasonable notice to users.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RentEase AI and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses arising from acting on AI-generated rental price suggestions
• Disputes with tenants arising from AI-generated listing content or screening questions
• Regulatory penalties arising from non-compliance with local property laws
• Any loss of data, API costs, or business interruption
• Actions taken by Anthropic regarding your API key or usage

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. The "Last updated" date will be revised accordingly.

Because we do not collect contact information, we cannot notify users of changes directly. We encourage you to check this page periodically. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
